Cancellations
Because you are reserving your room for 1.5 hours, cancellations must occur within 24 hours so that someone else has a chance to schedule in your spot.
If you cancel within 24 hours notice, you will need to pay the $25cancellation fee at your next appointment, even if your insurance typically pays for the appointment.
If it is an emergency or sudden illness, please send us an email at kat@acunirvana.com or a text at 518-409-6993 and we will waive the cancellation fee.
Please note that if you cancel last minute 3 times within a year, you will be asked to only book appointments the day you want to be treated.
